About the Publisher

With more than 25 years of academic dedication to Creative Nonfiction and Psychology, I have woven my voice and lived experience into deeply human narratives that examine mental health, identity, gender, trauma, consciousness, memory, and accountability. My work delves into life’s most intimate and challenging questions, always striving for an honest portrayal of the human journey.

As a lifelong writer, trauma survivor, mental health advocate, and aspiring trauma therapist and family practitioner, I am committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through a range of therapeutic approaches and coping strategies that empower them to live fuller, healthier lives. In my future work as a family practitioner, I aim to help clients process their trauma by addressing root causes rather than just symptoms, developing personalized interventions that honor their unique histories, needs, and paths to healing.

Creative writing, for me, is a lifeline—a way of witnessing, translating, and transforming the human experience. It’s where I give shape to pain, joy, memory, and survival; where silence finds voice and truth finds rhythm. As someone who has written through displacement, divorce, generational trauma, and healing, creative writing is not just craft; it’s ceremony. It allows me to carve language from lived experience, to honor what was once unspeakable, and to offer others a mirror, a map, or a moment of breath in their own becoming.

In all my years of writing and radical storytelling, I’ve never experienced a platform as uplifting and inspiring as Tuesday Morning Love. For 16 years, this global community—embraced by individuals across more than 100 countries—has cultivated a powerful space where commitment, inspiration, and the celebration of healing and recovery continue to thrive.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in your life. Thank you for being a meaningful part of the Tuesday Morning Love experience.
