Happy Summer Reflections!

I’m so happy you’re here!

It’s been an interesting summer across much of the world—one that’s stirred our hearts, our headlines, and our healing. In the first half of this year, we’ve explored everything from climate change to personal change, from the sacred to the self.

In March, we survived the storms. We discovered how mindfulness, motion, mission, momentum, mastery, and manifestation make us magnetic.
In April, we released the Seasonal Reflection Series, surrendering what no longer served us, breaking through old patterns, and reclaiming our power.
In May, we dove deep with Mental Health Awareness Month, sharing stories that shook us, stretched us, and stitched us back together.
By June, we stepped into boldness with The Cost of Greatness Series, rebuilding through purpose, identity, and the sacred discipline of self-reconstruction.

And this August, we return with the Color Psychology Series—a vibrant journey into how color influences our energy, aligns with our chakras, and reflects the emotional palettes of our lives.

For now, enjoy July. Let the sun hold you. Breathe deep. Rest well. Revisit the pieces that moved you. Read them with intention, curiosity, and compassion. Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.

Drop a note. Send an email. Comment for dialogue. Share your story. Or share a post with a friend or a community. Then meet me back here on August 5th, as we rise into a phenomenal autumn—full of fire, full of light, and absolutely brimming with joy!

love and light for your Tuesdays!
